I am a seasoned interim recruitment consultant, having supported clients across the public and private sectors over the last 12 years.


My career started in healthcare, providing Governance, Risk and Quality support to NHS organisations across the UK before transitioning into the L&D industry, focusing on providing high quality support to clients in the digital learning space.


I am firm believer that to offer the best quality service it is essential to develop long lasting relationships with the clients and candidates I support, and I am proud that many of my engagements over the last 12 years have ended up in long term friendships with amazing people who regularly keep in touch with me outside of work, not just contacting me to “talk shop”.


To understand a market you need to immerse yourself in it, and so I joined the Board of Directors for The Learning Network, a charitable organisation supporting the L&D industry, in 2022, leading on event management during my 12-month tenure.


Joining re:find was an easy move for me and I’d delighted to be part of a team who put relationship development at the heart of their business. I am genuinely excited to be part of the re:find journey as we build out the interim HR Transformation practice and look forward to continuing my own career supporting the HR industry.


Outside of work I’m a proud (and often tired) father of two beautiful kids who keep me busy pretty much all the time, love to lose myself in a book and spend time in the kitchen, although I’m not sure MasterChef is on the horizon!
