One relationship. The right expertise.

Where a project needs specialist expertise in organisation design, reward, assessment or governance, we bring in advisers we have worked with before, under the re:find banner. You deal with James or Carl throughout. We remain accountable for the work.

re:find is a named supplier on the Crown Commercial Service RM6229 Permanent Recruitment 2 framework (Lot 2), and has been based in St Paul's Square, Birmingham since 2014, with a London number for clients in the south east.

Independent thinking

We are paid for the advice, not only for the placement. "Do not search" is an answer we give.

Senior involvement

Two directors, both on every assignment. No researchers you never meet, no account managers.

Practical recommendations

Written outputs a Board can act on the same week: a role definition, a benchmark, a shortlist, a decision.
