James Cumming
Founder and Managing DirectorJames founded re:find in 2014 and has spent more than 20 years in senior recruitment, most of it placing HR, transformation and change leaders into FTSE, PE-backed and public sector organisations. His approach combines market research, executive assessment and a close understanding of the organisation behind each role.
Carl Hinett
DirectorCarl brings a practical, relationship-led approach to senior appointments and advisory work. He helps organisations clarify what they need, understand the market and find leaders who fit the role and its context. His recent work includes commercial, strategy and bid leadership for defence and consumer businesses.
