The question

HR was fragmented across regions. The newly appointed CPO had to move to a centralised model and needed an independent view of the HR leaders in every region before restructuring around them.

The approach

In-depth interviews with HR leaders in each region, a capability assessment against the roles in the new structure, and psychometric testing to evaluate leadership potential and team dynamics. We reported which internal leaders should be retained, where they needed development and where external hires were needed, then supported the external hiring.

The outcome

The firm implemented the centralised model. Internal HR leaders were retained and developed where the evidence supported it, and external specialists filled the identified gaps.
