The question
The Group HR Director needed a Group Property Director on the senior leadership team, visible across the whole organisation and leading a UK-wide team responsible for operating safely through COVID-19 standards. The role had to be filled quickly.
The approach
A discovery session with senior executives and a site visit produced a briefing document covering the role, package, assessment process and the six leadership capabilities the group uses. We broke the process into first, second and final interviews plus psychometric profiling, each with a deadline. The client had live access to search data through our portal and weekly KPI updates.
The outcome
Group Property Director appointed. We have been the group's main executive search partner since 2019, with further placements including a Head of Recruitment.
