We play an important role and are responsible for people’s careers and livelihoods. We don’t take this responsibility lightly. Even if we can’t help someone directly, I believe we have an obligation to give great advice and to point them in the right direction.

James Cumming is the founder and MD of the business and have over 20 years’ experience of recruiting in the UK market at a senior level. After graduating in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham, I moved into a career in recruitment working for a well-known global business before launching my own Executive Search firm in 2014.

With a deep understanding of the intricacies and challenges of the recruitment sector, I have a proven track record in identifying and placing high-caliber candidates in to key leadership roles. At re:find, our ethos is rooted in not just filling positions but in shaping the future of organisations by finding leaders who drive innovation and change.

My approach is strategic yet personal, focusing on understanding the unique culture and needs of each organisation, ensuring a perfect alignment between the company’s goals and the talents of the executives we place.
