They help major brands and retailers improve the efficiency, speed, cost and control of their marketing operations.
ITG were looking to discreetly recruit a new position into the business following an acquisition.
The business that ITG acquired operated in a completely different way so they needed to bring in someone new that could help facilitate change, restructure and harmonise the 2 businesses.
Due to the sensitivity of the role the search needed to be discrete.
Before going to market and approaching candidates we visited their head office and determined exactly what the brief was. We ensured that we fully understood the story of ITG and where they were heading and what was so great about their business.
With this information, we were able to advise ITG on the scope and level of the new position. We then mapped out top talent in the market and approached them directly. Having the roadmap of where ITG were heading, really helped with getting people interested and got them emotionally involved from the get go.
We were able to find a number of great candidates to shortlist and kept ITG updated through every stage of the process.
