I have been in the recruitment industry for over 25 years and spent the last 15 specialising in HR. I place senior HR candidates into HR Leadership roles as well as specialist roles in Reward, Talent Acquisition, Change and OD on both a Permanent and Interim basis.

I currently live in Worcestershire and recruit across the UK. I have an in-depth knowledge of the Midlands, London, North West and North East HR recruitment markets.

Outside of work I enjoy cooking, gardening, and spending time with my husband and our two Jack Russells Lily and Scout.

Daniel McDonald

Our approach to researching alters for each assignment, using our years of experience we develop research approaches to find the hidden gems in the market.

I use the skills I have learned over the past 4 years to help find the best candidates for the job, as well as conduct research for different projects.

Emily Allen

Working behind the scenes, I’m our clients’ champion, making sure that we stay true to form, having the simplest operations, and most effective outcomes.

Most of my career so far has involved supporting and organising the team around me and ensuring day to day operations run smoothly. I am a meticulous planner and a stickler for process!

Outside of work, you’ll find me out walking with my sausage dog Gracie and spending time with friends and family – there’s usually a glass or 2 of wine involved!

Carly O’Connell

I’ve been working within the HR space for over 12 years. Many of those years have been focused on partnering clients in their search for exceptional contractors who can deliver on projects, and transformation.

 

I operate in a consultative manner and will challenge your requirements, to ensure all solutions are considered. I pride myself on understanding both my client and my candidate equally and delivering the brief with an honest and fun process.

 

In my spare time you will often find me ferrying my son to rugby or swimming. But in those rare moments that are just for me I am either in my garden trying to grow something new or hitting the gym trying to fit into that old pair of jeans!

Carl Hinett

I add value by helping businesses to find the right people for roles which can be challenging to fill. There are many different elements to take into consideration including the brief, culture fit, skill set and location. By actively listening to what a business needs, I am able to understand how that business works and help find the right person for the role. Knowing the market enables me to give guidance, support and push the boundaries to ensure my clients get good customer service, knowledge and ultimately great candidates!

I love taking a different approach and breaking down the barriers between candidate and client. This allows me to build long-term, lasting relationships that benefit everyone.

Away from work I like to keep active. I fill my weekends with playing golf, running and spending precious time with my wife and 4-year-old daughter. She certainly keeps us on our toes with family bike rides and picnics in the park.

James Cumming

I have help leaders find the talent that enables organisations to change or transform, and have been doing this for over 15 years. I work with many well known FTSE companies, private equity houses and international brands.

This can often be tricky and varied but we are pretty good at getting the tough searches right (and we don’t give up either!)

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and three children. I am also a keen tennis player and a massive supporter of Andy Murray and his achievements for British tennis.
