When we launched in 2014, we had a pretty simple aim: To find our clients the right people, and to do it in the right way. Several years on and we’ve built ourselves an exceptional reputation for doing just that.
We have a specialist, experienced consultant in each area of recruitment that we work in, to give our clients the best possible service. James focuses on business change and transformation, Carl is our executive search specialist, Kate looks after interim recruitment and Sam heads up shared services.
Why does it work for our clients?
As with all recruitment agencies, it saves them time as we take care of the sourcing of candidates, as well as assessing and interviewing, so we only pass over CVs of a high standard. We ensure the whole recruitment process is a positive experience and that they end up with the right candidate.
